Alam nyo ba na pwede kayo tumalino kapag kayo ay NANGANGALIWA?

Narinig nyo na ba ang term na “Left Brain” and “Right Brain”?

Studies shown that the different sides, or hemispheres, of our brain is responsible for the way we think.

Yun left side being the logical and analytical, tapos yun right side being the creative and imaginative.

And each person has a dominant side. Pero alam nyo ba, sabi sa isang research, na pwede natin madevelop ang non dominant side of our brain by using our non dominant hand.

Yun ay kung right handed tayo, we should try using our left hand to do the task that usually done by our right hand, and vice versa.

So mangaliwa na tayo! Start with a simple task, like brushing your teeth, writing your name, or just switching the mouse to the left side.

Imagine being logical and creative at the same time.
